Sucrose – free caramel with isomalt with natural extracts of eucalyptus, mint and propolis, with vitamin C-55g.

Description:

Caramel is made on the basis of isomalt, which is used as a sweetener in low-calorie and diabetic products. Isomalt leaves no aftertaste, its taste is close to the usual taste of sugar.

Caramel has:
– pleasant taste of natural ingredients — natural extracts of eucalyptus, mint, propolis are used.
– lower caloric content (due to the use of isomalt)
– – natural dyes are used.

Isomalt
is a new generation low-calorie sweetener. It is considered a natural sweetener,

it is obtained from beet sugar. In terms of its taste, it is close to sucrose. The glycemic index of isomalt is 33 times lower than that of sucrose, so isomalt does not increase blood sugar.

Caramel starch molasses— widely used in the confectionery industry. It is made from potato or corn starch.

Caramel molasses contains fructose, maltose, glucose, dextrins, proteins, enzymes, fats, B vitamins, as well as minerals such as phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.

Molasses is a safe sweet for diabetics – unlike refined sugar, molasses has a moderate glycemic index of 55 units (sugar has 70 units). Thanks to this, molasses can replace sugar for diabetics and people who want to avoid high blood sugar. What’s more, one serving of molasses is fat-free and has only 32 calories, allowing it to be consumed during a weight-loss diet.

Propolis-has useful properties: disinfecting, antibacterial, antitoxic, anti-inflammatory, dermoplastic, antioxidant, immunomodulatory.

Propolis contains almost all the microelements that a person needs. Various vitamins are also found in propolis, among them primarily B vitamins, as well as vitamins A, C, E, H and R.

Propolis retains its beneficial properties after heat treatment. 

Eucalyptus is a plant that is widely used in both modern and traditional medicine. It is very useful for the human body, because from the leaves of this plant produce from two to three percent of essential oil.

You can name the main useful substances that are in eucalyptus, among them healing bitterness, tannin, phytoncides. Moreover, in terms of the amount of phytoncides present in eucalyptus leaves, it is ahead of all herbs and deciduous trees that produce essential oils.

Mint – rich in menthol (found in the leaves of the plant), which has local analgesic, antispasmodic and antiseptic properties. It is the menthol contained in mint that makes it a bactericidal plant.

Essential oil, which includes menthol, determines the taste of mint. Useful properties of the plant are also determined by tannins, flavonoids, bitterness. Mint is widely used not only in Russia, but also in Bulgaria, Germany, and France.

The plant is widely used in food preparation, cosmetics, pharmacology, phyto-and aromatherapy.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is the elixir of life, which is appreciated and known on all continents of the Earth. Every person has heard that vitamin C saves from colds . Vitamin C acts as a stimulator of launching immune processes and is a powerful antioxidant.

Features:

Contains a sweetener, and may have a laxative effect if consumed excessively. The daily consumption rate of isomalt is not more than 30 g. 100 g of caramel contains 40 g of isomalt.

The recommended daily intake of vitamin C is 60 mg (TR CU 022/2011, Pr. 2).The content of vitamin C in one candy is 1.2 mg (2% of the RUSP).

Nutritional value per 100 g of the product: carbohydrates-90.0 g, vitamin C-60 mg, caloric content (energy value) – 293 kcal (1227 kJ).

Store at a temperature of (18±3)°C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. It is not allowed to store caramel together with products that have specific odors.

Sweetener isomalt, starch molasses, acidity regulator citric acid, aroma “Honey”, propolis extract, eucalyptus extract natural flavor “Menthol”, mint extract, natural dyes: ecoplant extract yellow, chrome green, sweetener acesulfame potassium, vitamin C (ascorbic acid).
