Description:

Chicory with inulin is a soluble powdered lime powder in the form of a concentrate made from chicory roots.

It is often used as a coffee substitute, as it does not contain caffeine and does not have a negative effect on the cardiovascular system. But at the same time, it resembles a popular drink in terms of taste.

The effect of vivacity after coffee occurs due to the action of caffeine, and when consumed chicory is achieved due to a high concentration of vitamins, proteins and inulin.

Inulin, a plant-based dietary fiber found in chicory root, improves the intestinal microflora: it stimulates the growth and activity of beneficial bifidobacteria. Attention, the proposed product has an increased % content of inulin in the composition.

Method of preparation: put ½ – 1 teaspoon of powder in a cup, pour hot water (150 ml) and mix. You can add sugar or sweetener, milk or cream to taste. Store at a temperature of not more than 20°C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. Chicory should be stored in dry, well-ventilated areas that do not have a foreign smell, are not infected with pests of grain stocks and are protected from direct sunlight. It is not allowed to store chicory together with products that have a specific smell.
